Ordering & Shipping

When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
We roast all our coffees in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do. You can call our store directly to place your order and we’ll prepare it for pickup. Payment can be made in person when you arrive. Local pickup is available at our Arlington, VA location during regular business hours.


How should I store my coffee?
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. No need to refrigerate — just keep it sealed and away from sunlight.


Can I return my coffee?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we don’t accept returns — but if you’re not satisfied, please reach out. We’ll make it right.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You have full control. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.


Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase digital gift cards on our website — perfect for any coffee lover.

Are you certified by the Specialty Coffee Association?
