This practical and interactive workshop will teach you the essential skills needed for sensory evaluation of coffee.

You will learn about the different taste and smell, how it relates to the origin of the beans, and what characteristics, we as green bean buyers are looking for. Finally, we will conduct a cupping session (similar to wine tasting) to teach you how to evaluate coffee. You will leave with the sharpest taste buds in town, and a certificate to show that you have been introduced to the very interesting world of coffee tasting.
