Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we don’t accept returns. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with your coffee or if there are any errors in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order. We’d be happy to help you find something you’ll enjoy or issue a refund.
Email us your order number, name, and your request email@example.com. We will contact you with information on how your inquiry will be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.
DAMAGE & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

LATE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
