Shipping
We roast every order fresh and ship within 1–3 business days.
All shipments go out via USPS or UPS, and tracking is always included.

Free shipping is available on full-price U.S. orders over $40—both subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Orders that use discounts or promotional pricing (including discounted subscription offers) do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order — damaged product, wrong item, or something just doesn’t feel right — please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make it right.

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-coffee items (like mugs, shirts, or brewing equipment) within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
