Shipping
We roast to order and ship within 1–3 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided.
Shipping is free on all subscriptions and U.S. orders over $40.Free shipping on orders over $40 applies to full price purchases only and cannot be combined with discounts or promotions.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order — damaged product, wrong item, or something just doesn’t feel right — please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make it right.
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-coffee items (like mugs, shirts, or brewing equipment) within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
